A small bathroom we recently completed! It was a tight one but everything is new and fresh now!

Here’s a method we like for retrofitting shower shelves.

Got the deck temporarily pulled off, repaired all rotted structure, and now it’s back to the way it should be.

The importance of flashing proper housewrap. Stay tuned as we pull off this 65’ deck to repair and sturdy up this structure.

Now that’s a stiff floor.

Pressure treated decking is still a great option as long as you are willing to put in the maintenance and upkeep on it. Sometimes the natural wood grain and tones just can’t be mimicked by composite products.

Sometimes the quality of material can dictate the outcome. The spacing was messed up on these sheets so we pulled each 2x2 tile off and spaced them for the perfect outcome!

These may not be “sexy” pics to some but these are some of the more important aspects of what we do. This is how we create a conditioned attic so all our mechanicals can perform better and so the house requires less energy to heat and cool.
