Please welcome Sarah Tosi to our team! Sarah came to Middle Georgia from Wisconsin for her career as an audiologist, diagnosing and treating hearing and balance disorders. She began to take classes at Inspire Pilates Studio shortly after moving. After several years of practicing, she finally took her love of Pilates to the next level by completing her Peak Pilates Comprehensive Level 1 Certification. She is excited to share her knowledge and excitement for Pilates with her clients.

Our feet also directly relate to hip and knee issues. . So join us for our two new January chair classes this month. . In the month of January we have TWO Low Chair classes on the schedule. An Intermediate Chair class on Wednesday, January 17th at 5:30pm. This is for those who have experience on the chair and would like to challenge and vary up their workouts! On Saturday, January 20th at 9:30am we will have an Introductory Low Chair class. This class is designed for the newer Pilates client who has not had experience on the chair. During this class we will take you through the Basics on the chair to get you comfortable with using the chair and prepare you for more advanced classes. Spaces are limited to only 5 per class Register on Mindbody or let us know what n the studio!
