I want to raise awareness of the dangers of Defamation against a person or an entity. I am calling out Tabitha Caitlyn Dixon, a former employee of Sushi Thai Restaurant. She will be receiving a Cease and Desist Letter concerning her comments online about Sushi Thai Restaurant. She is defaming through Libel and Slander (two forms of Defamation of Character) her former employer who gave her an opportunity to work when she needed it most. She spent time at her former employer's home over the holidays and ate all the food available. She is now upset with Sushi Thai for calling her out for not doing her job, being entitled enough to expect payment for not doing her job, and when called on this, she decided to post negative things about the restaurant, comments about cleanliness, etc. Sushi Thai has always had a passing grade, an "A" from the Health Inspector. So, when I say "DEFAMATION", Ms. Dixon, your conduct is actionable in a Court of law.
DEFAMATION: The publication of information that is false, with a reckless disregard for the truth of what is being said. The person or entity in the publication (any form, i.e., online, newspaper, verbally to a third party) is identified in the publication of the intended falsehood, and finally, those remarks had a negative impact on that person's or entity's ability to earn a living and/or reputation, sufficient to harm their ability to earn a living. There is "Libel" which is written defamation, and "Slander" which is verbal. All of these noted herein have been the acts of Tabitha Caitlyn Dixon, and there is sufficient proof to file a suit against her for her actions.
Ms. Dixon, you owe an apology to Sushi Thai, its Owner, and the staff who have had to deal with the damage you have caused with your recklessness and harmful actions and words. You should make it known to your viewers and friends that you were wrong, and you were only acting out of malicious intent to harm Sushi Thai. You should know that posting online has consequences, and there is always proof of your actions. There is proof that your actions have caused harm to this restaurant, to its owner, and to your former co-workers. There is proof that your posts are stating falsehoods. In short, your actions are sufficient to cause Sushi Thai to file suit against you.
You will be receiving a formal demand to Cease and Desist your actions in all areas of your campaign to damage the reputation of Sushi Thai Restaurant. I do hope that friends of yours who read this post will make sure you see it, and that you should be very concerned that your actions will cause you to wish you had never made comments of this kind. Those actions will reflect on you and show that you have been shown a kindness by these people, only to throw it in their faces.
Finally, why is it that on June 11th you wrote back to Sushi Thai that you "can follow the rules. Please schedule me again. Thank you."

We are well into 2024. How's it going for everyone? Me? I'm pretty busy, but keeping my sanity by spending time with family, friends, and my furry family members and my garden. We are doing a Detox now, started January 25, to finish around the 25th of February. So far, so good. Hoping for a big boost by the end of it, though!
Spring is around the corner, so says our local weather-rodent, the Groundhog - not waiting another 6 weeks, but since my gardens are very confused right now, honeysuckle blooming, daffodils are up, crocuses are up, and other hardier plants are in full bloom, I am happy with the rain we are getting now. In middle-Georgia, February rain brings March flowers....
Enjoy February, everyone. It looks like it might be a "bumpy ride!"
Deep... on every level....
In all the noise of EVERYTHING going on in your life, how are you allowing yourself to be?
When we listen to ourselves, another, or the world around us with an open hearted, non-judging, intensely, interested, listening, or spirits, expand, and indescribable miracles happen.
Merry Christmas to all of you - friends, family, old clients and new, and those of you who may be looking for some legal assistance. I hope all of your wishes come true and all of your prayers are answered.
Stay healthy and happy. Treat yourselves Well! You deserve it.
Remember that there is Much Love out there for all of you - an infinite amount. The more you spread it the more it grows.
Hugs!

Family law issues have really ramped up since I have been away from private practice over the past 18 months. Some of those who have called have reached their own agreements and just need some help getting their case filed correctly - right court, right words. Other cases are just gnarly messes that need a professional to intervene and help the parties through a quagmire that can only be navigated by professionals. It's always easier to help clients through these emotionally trying times when the other Attorney is a professional who has the parties' ( and the family's) best interests as their focus.
Something to make you laugh, 'cause we ALL need a good laugh!
Well, it's been a whirlwind since putting my new status out there, and I am confident that this move back into private practice was the right one. I love meeting new people, acting on behalf of my own practice and reputation while interacting with potential clients and colleagues, friends and family. Definitely feeling that Attitude of Gratitude every day!
On October 24, 2023 I posted that I was going back into private practice, again, after a brief time away, working with the Juvenile Court and a non-profit organization in Macon, respectively. So, I was out of circulation, so to speak from about May, 2022 until October 24, 2023. I am pleased to say that my re-entry into private practice has been smooth, and successful, and I thank all of you for your support and good thoughts! I am very grateful to all of you! Much Love
Welcome to my WhatsApp group. Please leave me a message and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible! Have a GREAT day!
It has been about 2 weeks since I left the Staff Attorney position at Middle Georgia Justice in Macon. I have informed my friends, family, and past clients that I am back in private practice, and I now have three new clients. I am grateful that I am able to pick up where I left off last year. Thank you, all, for your support, and your referrals. I will strive to do my best to assist, as has been my pleasure over the past years in practice!

Ready, Set, GO!
It's good to be back! Thank you, all for your support!
I am back in private practice. I gave notice to Middle Georgia Justice this past week after almost 9 months of service for this non- profit organization. I was able to assist many family law clients in need of assistance but who's income consisted of SSI or just State Benefits. I feel good about that, but it's time to focus on my own practice, again. Please pass this on!
A Note From The Universe Sure, you can always find prettier, handsomer, skinnier, wiser, richer, younger, zippier. But more often than not, one learns the most, laughs the loudest, and smiles the widest with those they've already found, especially when they stop looking elsewhere. Tallyho, The Universe

So true. If you feel good about yourself, your life, etc., you're doing something right. Keep doing it . . .

Sounds like a great idea.
If women in our community who are already leading in the area of gun reform are interested in finding ways that our broader Community can assist, please keep reading. Thing is, I do this (at all) to do/facilitate good. If you feel that GIRL ATTORNEY, LLC’s Community of many Groups can help, I want to hear how. Please email me at [email protected]. I know I’m not alone in wanting to do whatever can be done with the resources we’ve been given. 💙

Anybody else keep spontaneously crying at the office - and getting BASICALLY no work done - today? I even put off work by an hour or so by going to donate blood (at rec, this morning, of San Antonio blood bank - to help with overall low blood supply issues). I’ve since grabbed something to eat, did a little thread shopping(?!), and am back in my parking lot to go in to work…and started crying again. 😭
If it’s you, too, you’re not alone. 💙

Well, we are getting close.... two cases to go, and then I can concentrate on life.....
We're getting our Guardian ad Litem flyer out there to the Judges and Colleagues so they have a broader field to choose from when they need a Guardian ad Litem on a case. We have used (and abused, maybe?) our GAL in Houston County and the other Counties we're available in (Bibb, Peach, Crawford) have a pretty narrow field, as well. Here is the flyer that has gone out a few times to our Courts and Colleagues. Pass the word on!
It is the end of the first week of this new year. One week down, and so far, not too bad... not bad, at all! Bob and I have had some interesting adventures in the last 7 days, starting with January 1st, 2022. We went out for a ride in his 1963 Triumph TR4, Convertible on a beautiful day - sunny, 70s or thereabouts, clear blue sky. We drove all over the Macon area and outskirts, and one of our pups, Mathilda (13 year old) was with us, sitting as nicely as you can imagine in the small area behind us - wind blowing her ears back and just enjoying being with her Peeps.
On our way home, the gauges started to read funny.....we stopped at a gas station to check things out, and the car refused to start up. A nice lady gave us a jump start, and we were on our way home. The car died on I-75 just before Exit 160 (a) and (b), Southbound. We pulled over and called Geico about a tow. They could not help us even though our insurance for the classic cars we have is through Geico, but to Assurant for Classic Cars - a "subsidiary" or some such nonsense. We found a company to tow us, and two hours later when it was beginning to get dark, the flatbed showed up. These cars do not have a tow hook - Bob and the young man who they sent from Ackerman's were on the ground with flashlights trying to find a way to hook the winge (sp?) cable. They found a way to do it, it was pulled up on the flatbed, and we all piled into the cab, dog included, of course.
This young man was amazing. He backed that big truck up our driveway, and let the flatbed down as smoothly as I have ever seen, and the poor little Triumph came off without a hitch. Then, he actually pushed the car into the garage while Bob steered. What a great guy, eh?
So, 2022 started off with an adventure..... what fun. BTW, so many people stopped to see if they could help. I have faith in this country - I was truly impressed with the compassion we were shown that day!!
OK, let's hear your adventures......You have the floor.
Happy, Happy 2022 to all! Thoughts become Things. Let's choose the GOOD ones.....
I hope everyone has enjoyed their Christmas or other Holiday celebrations! Remember, THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS. Think thoughts of joy, health, and every positive thought you can for 2022! Let's make this a banner year that makes it impossible to remember this past year's problems. There is Much Love for all.
