Vanilla with American buttercream icing. π
New cake for a little girl who loves bunnies.
This is a two tier cake, the bottom layer is an 8 inch vanilla. The top tier is an 8 inch chocolate. Both layers are decorated with American buttercream with light fondant work.
Whew! It's been a while. I am finishing up my second to last semester and college and have been super busy.

I made this cute tiled cake for my husband.
This is a two tiered strawberry cake with hand painted blue tiles, gold Lustre, and a sugar sail.
This one was fun! Flowers always are a huge inspiration for me when it comes to designing cakes.

New cake! I've wanted to try this trend since I first saw it, the famous front forward cake. It is exactly as the title states, a cake with its top as the front. :) (it's sideways).
Pictured here is a marble cake with milk chocolate ganache. It is decorated in a beautiful design accompanied by green rabbits foot pampas grass, blue pampas grass, and babies breath.

These little "sprouts" are "planted" in a chocolate cupcake with chocolate buttercream. The buttercream is rolled In chocolate cookie "dirt". The sprouts are fondant. π±π΅πͺ΄

This cake is a s'mores cake. It is two layers of chocolate cake filled with chocolate ganache, graham cracker crunch, and marshmallow cream.
Check out the castle cake I just finished for a baby shower!! π°π This is a half chocolate and half vanilla 10" cake, covered in fondant and topped with an *adorable* baby dragon~ π
Sometimes a cake design comes to me randomly, like when I'm in the grocery store and happen across some beautiful flowers. I love orange and think it is a very under appreciated color. Also this cake reminds me of two of my favorite things, fall and sunsets. ππ
Pictured below is a white cake with raspberry and lemon custard. This cake is decorated in an orange water color technique with gold drip. I wanted this cake to be super elegant so I added some 24 carot gold leafing. Finally I topped the cake with some adorable fresh cut flowers. π»π
Here is a baby shower cake we did this weekend! The bottom layer is a polka-dotted grey chocolate cake, with a light pink ruffled vanilla cake on top π³ We loved the cute elephant topper customer provided~ ππ
We all love chocolate, but vanilla deserves some love to. We are a custom shop and everything is from scratch, so we can make any cupcake/cake our minds come up with. This one's a classic.

Pastry time! French meets American with this crunchy and delicious dessert. Choux au craquelin is like a creme puff except it is topped with a brown sugar cookie before baking. This cookie makes them crunchy on top and adds a crackle which gives them their name.
Inside is a coconut custard topped with Chantilly creme (stabilized whip cream) and rolled in toasted coconut, all incased in a delicious pate choux.

Pictured below are a chocolate fluffy cheesecake with a chocolate cake crust and topped with a chocolate ganache, then garnished with a chocolate mousse and chocolate shavings. The customer said they wanted an intensely chocolate cheesecake and we take requests seriously. Maybe too seriously π Next are some vanilla cake pops dipped in white chocolate and chocolate pops dipped in milk chocolate. Cake pops are a convenient and festive way to celebrate the holidays :)
I wasn't going to bake this time I said. This was purely a trip to visit family and complete my finals. That is until I saw my sister had bananas the perfect ripeness for banana bread, I couldn't resist. Baking is my happy place anyways π₯°

This is my first 3 tier wedding cake and I am so glad to have had the honor to make this for my beautiful sister in law. She picked out this design and I think it really suits her well. A picture of elegance and beauty with a pinch of fun, yes that is a candied bacon heart and bacon roses~ π₯πΉ
The flavors are: chocolate/milk chocolate ganache (bottom and middle). The top tier was a special request from the bride. It is maple bacon (maple cake with candied bacon layered inside then a salted maple buttercream)
It makes me happy to make someone's dream cake come to life, this is why I enjoy doing custom desserts β€οΈ
Did you know we are a custom bake shop? This bride was unsure what she wanted and her wedding is in a few weeks, so I made her this cake "sampler". For this wedding I was feeling especially inspired. βοΈ I love creating new things. π

I like to think of autumn not as a season where the flowers die and the days start turning dark and crisp, but as a season of new beginnings, the leaves may fall, but they fall beautifully. In the spirit of the season, I decorated this cake with flowers to match the leaves scattered on the ground. ππ
