Our creamy Burrata cheese served with a variety of flavorful and aromatic toppings. The homemade wild pickled mushrooms add a tangy and earthy flavor, while the sun-dried tomatoes provide a sweet and savory taste. The truffle sott'olio, which is truffle preserved in oil, adds a rich and fragrant truffle flavor to the dish. Finally, the dish is finished with slices of Duck Prosciutto, a cured meat that adds a salty and savory flavor
Spaghettone is cooked with rapini, also known as broccoli rabe, a slightly bitter leafy green vegetable, and mixed with sun-dried tomatoes and eggplant, adding a sweet and savory flavor to the dish.
