I had a greet session today and one of the topics that came up is a lack of leadership among entrepreneur practically in the same industries. And one of the things that I see a lot is the shallow and arrogant attitudes.

There are a few things that make a difference in life and number1 is how you treat people.

Rather you are in a service or product industry how you are perceived makes a difference.

Sometimes the people that are looking to get into the same industry as you. Can be customers or could influence your customer base. Being dismissive and cocky , does not always bode well.

As business owner you are the face of your company , determine what you want the face to be..
Self evaluate your self, your business and decide what you really want that to look like. Are you truly who and what you say your business is ? Or are you masquerading around just wanting for the veil to come off.

Stop focusing on the messenger and focus on the message. You miss out when you are close minded and don't take in lessons . Stop looking for the external look and head the message. If you are looking to grow you have to change your mindset!!!

I a sure there will be a few that will take offense to this .But it needs to be said , I get tired of seeing the amount of nonsense that is leveled at business owners . You do not keep that energy with Target, Walmart ,McDonalds so stop it. If you don't like someone's prices just walk away.. As a consumer if I don't like the price I just keep pushing I don't go out my way to bring someone else down.

It never feels like work , when you love what you do.. I put together a plan for the next 90 days and what I learned as I was doing it was I needed this. I needed to decompress form everything else and really focus. Reminding myself this weekend my WHY was big. Connecting with past clients was bigger.. My focus will not be deterred. Mindset is everything.

It boggles the mind when I see people out here worrying about the things that don't benefit you , don't add value simply does nothing for you.
If you don't stop letting everyone and everything distract you from what you need to do!

Let your actions show through in your daily life and business. Don't ever get in a mode that you cant learn something new and grow. What is the one thing you can improve on?

2022 we don't have time to be being complacent. You either want it or you don't but what we not going to do is be out here staying on the sidelines, dragging our feet. Slow feet don't eat and a close mouth don't get feed. I promise you in 2022 if you not ready to make your dreams come true , please don't waste my time , time is money and if you not talking and making business moves I am unavailable!! PERIODTTT
