How can anyone not be affected?

Please choose what you read and watch with deliberate care. Misinformation. Is rampant. Be curious. Judgment is easy, Opinions are different than judgments. Learning facts takes effort. Bother putting in that effort. The life you save may be your own.

One easy non-partisan email newsletter I read and value is: Improve the News. They give facts. Then they offer possible interpretations. Then their sources. There are other options to go to as well. Please think critically and wisely. Of course monitor your emotions.

If you pray, do so. At least it may help you and maybe do more.
