Funnel Cake
1-1/4 cup of flour
2/3 cup of milk
1- egg
2-teaspoons of vanilla
Powdered sugar
Vegetable oil
Heat oil in a large pot to 350 degrees. Mix flour, milk, egg, and vanilla together. Use a cooking funnel, or pour the mixture into a ziplock bag, and cut the corner off. Pour batter over hot oil, in whatever design you want. Fry for about 1.5 to 2 minutes on each side. I sprinkle mine with powdered sugar, & caramel syrup. Boog likes her with chocolate syrup.
Chocolate Moça Dessert 😋😍
Ingredients;
-400 grams of dark chocolate
-2 cans of condensed milk
-1 tablespoon of butter
-1 small box of cream
How to prepare our dessert;
Melt 300 grams of dark chocolate in the microwave and spread it in a silicone mold, put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Repeat the same process again and it's ready!
In a pan add: 2 cans of condensed milk + 1 tablespoon of butter + 1 small box of cream, mix until it boils.
Turn off the heat.
Cover the cream with plastic wrap and refrigerate until it cools.
Once it cools, fill the giant chocolate with the cream and cover with another 100 grams of dark chocolate.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 🍪
1/4 cup melted butter 🧈
2 pints lemon ice cream, softened 🍋
2 pints blueberry ice cream, softened 🫐
1 cup fresh blueberries 🫐
1 cup fresh blackberries 🍇
1/2 cup lemon curd 🍋
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/4 cup powdered sugar 🍚
Zest of 1 lemon 🍋
Fresh blueberries, blackberries, and lemon slices for garnish 🫐🍇🍋
Directions:
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust. Freeze for 10 minutes.
Spread a layer of lemon ice cream over the crust and freeze for 15 minutes.
Spread a layer of blueberry ice cream over the lemon layer and freeze for another 15 minutes.
Mix fresh blueberries and blackberries with lemon curd. Spread this mixture over the blueberry ice cream layer. Freeze for 30 minutes.
Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Spread the whipped cream over the top of the cake.
Garnish with lemon zest, fresh blueberries, blackberries, and lemon slices.
Freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Remove from the springform pan before serving.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 🌿

1 cup mixed dried fruit (raisins, currants, chopped apricots, etc.) 🍇
1/2 cup chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans, etc.) 🌰
1/2 cup orange juice 🍊
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
2️⃣ In a large bowl, cream together 1 cup of room temperature unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
3️⃣ Beat in 4 large eggs one at a time, then stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
4️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg.
5️⃣ Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
6️⃣ Fold in 1 cup of mixed dried fruit and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts.
7️⃣ Pour 1/2 cup of orange juice over the mixture and gently stir until well incorporated.
8️⃣ Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
9️⃣ Bake for 70-80 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

LEMON PIE COFFEE CAKE
INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 Cups sugar, divided
3/4 C. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 Cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1-15 oz. can of lemon pie filling
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray a 13x9" or 11 3/4 x 7 1/2" baking dish and set aside. In a stand mixing bowl, combine 1 cup sugar, oil, and vanilla; mix well. Add eggs; beat until lightly lemon-colored. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. With the mixer on low, add the flour mixture and mix until just combined. Give it a final stir by hand to make sure the flour isn't stuck at the bottom of the bowl. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Carefully top with the pie filling, smooth to the edges with the back of a large spoon. Pour the rest of the batter over the top of the pie filling. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup sugar over the top of the cake, then bake for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Cool on a wire rack in the pan. Best served cool

2. Combine Ingredients:
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
Sprinkle ground cumin, salt, and pepper over the salsa to taste.
3. Mix Well:
Gently stir all the ingredients together until well combined.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add more salt, pepper, or lime juice according to your preference.
4. Refrigerate:
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the salsa to an airtight container.
