Ever wondered what it would be like to lift an apartment building? Texas touts itself as a strong state... but it’s got soft soil! This is one of many foundation lifts Acumen has done across that state of Texas. On this particular project, we managed the installation of over 150 pressed pilings on 6 buildings. The building you see here received 30 exterior pilings to correct a 2.5” deflection on the right side of the building. The building remained occupied through all phases of work. Foundation lifts correct masonry cracks, fix plumbing issues, and fix doors and windows that don’t function properly. But most importantly, they stop the buildings from falling again, permanently!

Here is a new amenity for this 224-unit apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas! We developed the scope of work and managed this project for its owner. This outdoor kitchen has a Bull Angus grill on a timer, granite countertops and a CMU base covered in AirStone.

Clubhouse renovation under way in San Antonio, Texas for a 200+ unit apartment complex! This renovation will will include a large lounge area, a pool table room, a kitchen/cafe area, a business center and a two level fitness center. Check back with us in mid-February for completed photos!
