ROA was honored to host the Wounded Warrior Project press conference today where advocates urged the passage of the Major Richard Star Act. With the support of over two-thirds of Congress, the Major Richard Star Act is close to the legislative finish line. However, the job is not finished. With just two weeks remaining in the Senate’s FY 2025 NDAA deliberations, the clock is ticking. Following the press conference, ROA joined forces with Military Officers Association of America (MOAA), Air Force Sergeants Association, Blue Star Families, and The Military Coalition for meetings on the Hill to build on the momentum gained.
