2. Dumbbell Flyes
3. Incline Dumbbell Press
4. Push-ups
5. Cable Chest Press

Back:

1. Lat Pulldowns
2. Bent-Over Rows
3. Seated Cable Rows
4. T-Bar Rows
5. Deadlifts

8-12 reps each exercise!
