Mother’s Day isn’t the same since my mom has passed. I picked up this hobby to distract the stress after she passed. Every since, Mother’s Day has been the holiday I love making gifts for the most. It gives me such pleasure to know a mom or grandma is being gifted something I made and that it will put a smile on their face.

Here are a few throw pillows I made this year. I love them so much. I have to admit I loved making these. I didn’t sell as many as the tiles in the past but still a handful. Keep these in mind for Mom’s Birthday, too.

I had a bride to be come to me with this project. The vendor she originally ordered from wouldn’t have these finished in time and notified her a week before the wedding. I was happy to have helped take some stress off the bride to be.

I was honored to make these bridesmaids gifts for a special lady. She filled the bags and gave them out tonight at the rehearsal dinner and the girls LOVE them! I can’t believe I just made graduation koozies for this kid. The cute little girl across the street in pig tails yelling at Hailey from across the road “I’ll ask my mom if we can play” and the friendship grew from there. We love you SoSo

So honored that my niece asked me to make these proposal boxes immediatly after she was proposed to (FINALLY) at the Tim McGraw concert. These were so fun to make!!! I have two male cousins getting married this year. I don’t want their future wives to bail soooo I’m trying to add some extras to trick them into sticking around. 💍😀

4 years ago in February my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer.
2 years ago in February my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer.
1 year ago in February my sister finished her last round of chemo.

Cancer sucks for those involved. The patient fighting the fight and the family and friends watching the one they love in pain and feeling helpless. I have witnessed the victory of watching both my mom and sister overcome and I have felt the pain of losing my mom when it later returned.

February may not be National Breast Cancer month BUT since February reminds me of my family’s journey with breast cancer, I would like to take the time to remind all the ladies (and men) following my page to check your bo***es.

I was asked to help cut the pop ups and make the buckets for the HS cheer banquet. I trusted the person requesting help was up to something cool so I requested a final product photo. I would have never thought to put this together but I love the way it all pulled together. So cute! 🧡🖤🧡
