One day or day one?

Four years ago I realized I was non-binary. I wasn’t fully aware of what that meant at the time but slowly I started my transition by cutting my hair and changing my clothing style. I had a vision of what I wanted to look like and was far from it, but we all have to start somewhere. It’s a journey, a marathon not a sprint.

Very early on I knew I wanted top surgery. I’ve never felt connected to my chest and when I knew that was an option, it became a goal.

This was my day one of my transition, and my one day is coming in 23 days! I’m so excited for this next part of my journey, bringing me closer to the version of my I had envisioned.

Please support me in my goals by donating, liking, and sharing my posts! I’m still raising funds for surgery, travel, and recovery costs. I also have an Amazon wish list for products I’ll need. Every little bit helps!

Thank you so much for supporting me in this journey! Please like and share this post!

EXACTLY ONE MONTH UNTIL MY SURGERY!

It feels like a dream that this is coming so quick. I truly thought top surgery wasn’t something I could get for YEARS. But now this dream, and life changing surgery, is coming to life.

To support me in this journey, check out my GoFundMe link in my bio! I’m collecting donations to cover surgery, travel, and recovery costs. I’ll be driving to Chicago for the procedure and staying with my sister. There are some post operation items I need to help me recover best as well. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated!

I also have an Amazon wish list with recovery items I’ll need. Any items gifted to me, that are eligible, will he donated to another trans person undergoing surgery, so you’re gift will keep on giving!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me in my journey of becoming myself!

You can’t tell in this picture, but I was binding unsafely for this cosplay.

Ace bandages are NOT recommended for binding because they wrap around the ribs and can be too tight and cause problems. However, that’s what I used this weekend because I had no other binder and I didn’t want to have dysphoria cosplaying my favorite character.

Binding unsafely like this is a reality for many trans people who don’t have the funds to get a real binder or to get surgery. It causes trans people rib and other problems.

I did have binders, but I unfortunately outgrew them and then didn’t have the funds to get more. Unfortunately, I also had binders that weren’t the best quality, though I had thought they were from a reputable website. Good binders can be hard to find, especially affordable ones. I never wore my binder for longer then recommended, however, I still managed to suffer a rib injury because of it.

My rib cage shifted out of place because of my binder. When googling this, it’s something that only really happens in dangerous motor accidents when something hits someone and shifts their rib cage. I was in a lot of pain when I breathed, when I laid on my side, and when I moved too much. Thankfully, working with a chiropractor shifted my ribs back and cured most of my pain, but I am a still suffering with some of the effects of my injury. But I can no longer really bind using any means now without pain, even a sports bra compresses my ribs too much now.

This is one of many reasons I am getting top surgery. So I no longer have to worry about how my chest looks in certain outfits or worry about binding, correctly or incorrectly. Top surgery will make sure that I don’t harm my ribs anymore trying to cure my dysphoria.

If you’d like to help me afford my top surgery to avoid anymore rib complications, please consider donating below! Every little bit helps and will go toward medical bills, travel costs, and the recovery process. I also have an Amazon wish list for items I’ll need during recovery!

Thank you so much for your support! 💛

Something I find funny about myself pre-transition, is that Mulan was always my favorite Disney movie. Something about her and her story always resonated with me and I never knew why. Until now.

Mulan isn’t necessarily trans but her story really reflects that of a lot of trans people. Her “Reflection” song is one that truly encompasses what a lot of trans people feel. For me, I always loved “I’ll Make a Man Out of You” and it feels so fitting now.

I got this Mulan tattoo a few years ago and have loved it since. Now it’s a tattoo that represents my transition and becoming who I’m truly meant to be.

If you’d like to help me in my transition, you can donate to my GoFundMe for my top surgery happening in November! Exactly 50 days away!

You can help my by donating, gifting from my Amazon wish list, or supporting my Etsy shop! Anything given is truly appreciated.

THANK YOU SO MUCH to my donors so far! It truly means the world to me and every bit helps.
I’m a full person with or without surgery, but I know that the confidence this surgery will give me will help make me an even better person. Dysphoria holds people back in many ways. Top surgery will ease my chest dysphoria and help me be more confident and be more myself. I can’t wait to meet who I am with that confidence.
If you’d like to help me find that confidence, you can donate below. I also have an Amazon wishlist and an Etsy jewelry store if you’d like to support me in other ways. THANK YOU!

I was going to wait until tomorrow to post my two month date BUT my doctor called to schedule my surgery sooner! So now it’s less than two months until my surgery!

Pictured below is one of the first times I felt confident with my chest bound. Trans tape is a great alternative to binders, but it can be hard to use. I always loved mesh shirts but wasn’t able to wear them without some kind of layering underneath but I felt confident and attractive this day!

Surgery will provide me with more of that confidence. Not having to worry about covering a part of my body or binding dangerously just to wear something I want will be life changing. That—and I can show off my tattoos more 😏

My top surgery fund is to help me feel this way all the time. Any donations are appreciated and I thank everyone who supports me from the bottom of my heart.

You can donate to my GoFundMe or gift me something from my Amazon wish list (items that can be donated will be donated to other trans folks).

Happy (less than) two months date!!

Welcome to my page to help me raise money for my top surgery coming in November!

Thanks for joining me in this journey of helping me become more of who I truly am. If you don't know, top surgery is a life-saving cosmetic surgery for trans people to have to make them more comfortable in their bodies. I am a trans masc non-binary person and my chest gives me a lot of dysphoria and discomfort. It makes me feel like I am someone I'm not and it makes others see me as someone I am not. I have binded in the past, but that is not always a permanent or long-term solution. Getting top surgery is the best solution I have chosen for myself and one I know I will be happy with.

In November of this year, I will be traveling to Chicago to have my surgery. I was so lucky and so happy that it was approved and that my dreams of having this surgery are coming true. That being said, travel, surgery, and recovery can be expensive. My only source of income right now is my Etsy shop, and I am looking for help to fund my travel and surgery expenses.

I will be flying and driving to and from my surgery, plus to a post-operation check-up. After that, I will also be in recovery and will need some things to help me recover safely and smoothly.
I am asking for donations to help me cover to cost of travel. This will include flight expenses, gas, and food for both me and my sister Alison Krebel who will be graciously housing and helping me during this time.

Donations will also be used for any surgery expenses my insurance does not cover.

Any donations will also help me purchase small things like pillows and medical equipment I will need after surgery. Top surgery requires patients to sleep sitting straight up for a week and I want to be as comfortable as possible.

Any and all donations are welcomed and highly appreciated.
Furthermore, I also have an Amazon wish list for after-surgery products I will need if you wish for your donation to be something more specific. Anything gifted to me through Amazon, I plan on (if able) to donate to other trans people undergoing surgery when I'm done with them, so your donation will be helping more than just me! have an Etsy shop where I make book-themed jewelry and that money will be going toward my surgery fund as well. I make adorable jewelry, great for Christmas and birthday gifts!

Thanks for following my page and supporting me on my journey! I will post updates on my process along the way. Please like and share so I can reach more people!

If you are willing and able, please donate below. And I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
