We work in and around several areas of the building trades, new construction and remodeling. Our need is a Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated person who wants to be hands on and learn. Help handle daily duties for on residential and commercial construction. Must be able to understand simple math, layouts/drawings of work and follow instructions. We will supply training and all the tools needed. You must be a team builder and able to work well with others and present high standards of customer service to our clients.

Primary responsibilities and duties include:
Variety of daily job duties.
Rough and Finish carpentry including installs of cabinets, closet systems, flooring, countertops, shower surrounds, windows
Painting, landscaping, and more.
Performing cleanups of job sites by clearing away all carpentry debris and waste.

Qualifications:
High school or equivalent (Required)
Able to lift minimum 50-100lbs.
The ability to safely use hand and power tools
dependable, reliable and have good communication skills
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations for residential and commercial construction sites
Personal vehicle required
Pass background check and have valid driver’s license

Experience:
Construction experience (1 year preferred)

Work Locations:
Multiple locations in and around the Watertown area, on-site

Part-Time or Full-time hours available, 30-40 hours per week M-F.
Advancement and learning opportunities available. Pay is based on experience.
