Did you know that 20% of kids in the US don't drink ANY water in a given day? Kids who don't drink any water take in twice as many empty calories from sugary drinks than kids who drink some water each day. A healthy change that you can make TODAY is committing to keeping only water and milk in your house. This small action will help decrease the risk of diabetes, improve energy level, and normalize appetites. People often ask- what about flavor drops? Or zero sugar drinks? I usually say- if it isn't water, it is either sugar or chemicals. Do we really know what putting chemicals into our little ones each day will do? We don't. Stick to water! It's delicious. (And if it is the only option at home, they'll chose it eventually!) We'll be passing out some stickers to help make water drinking more fun at our well visits this week. Cheers!

Hello! We are looking for a local artist who would be able to paint palm tree silhouettes similar to these decals. We’ve learned that decal stickers and small, curious fingers aren’t a great combo! 🤣 We will be painting and updating many of the exam rooms in a couple of weeks, and would love to give this room a facelift too.
