Being a music therapist is only one facet of my identity. Another, very intertwined piece of me is a musician, and as a musician, I love getting the chance to express myself through music. I use music to cope, process, and heal. I use music to bring others in deeper connection with themselves and their feelings. I use music to build connection between people.

I am so happy when I get the chance to perform as a musician, and I am super excited to be playing this Friday, May 31st from 6-8pm. If you are in the mood for some chill, awesome music that brings out all the feels, join us!

Are you a caregiver, teacher or parent that is burned out? Are you always giving, but feel like you have nothing left for yourself? Are you yearning for more peace and calm in your life, but don't know where to find it?

My Caring for Caregivers program is just for you! I am looking for 9 beautiful souls that are looking for this type of peace in their lives, to gift 3 months of my new program. This is a $99 value that I would like to give you for FREE.

When you join the program, uou will start with a class to introduce you to the chakra system. This class will be offered every Monday, 7:30 - 8:00 pm, but you only need to attend once.

The larger gathering will be Mondays 8:00 - 9:00. During the zoom meeting, we will have time to connect and share without judgement or crosstalk. We will finish up each gathering with a guided meditation, that will leave you feeling lighter and better able to focus on your own energy and wellbeing.

If you are unable to attend the live zoom meeting, the replay will be shared with you to enjoy at a time of your convenience.

I have been piloting this program, and participants have found that they feel better emotionally, have reduced stress, less physical pain, and they are able to sleep better. All of these results can be yours as well!
