Why do so many of us set different standards for ourselves?

We would never tell a friend or loved one that they have to achieve a certain level of accomplishments before they can rest.

So why do we think it's okay to set those conditions for ourselves?

Your feelings are valid.

Allow yourself to be proud of all your accomplishments.

You've earned it.

We see you and how truly amazing you are.

You deserve love and happiness as much as anyone else.

Be gentle with yourself.
