I SAY HORSE HOCKEY .... I was a contractor in the Baltimore area for over 25 years. I installed hundreds of roofs, mostly shingle. many metal. The lowest suggested pitch for a metal roof was then and is now 3:12. I was comfortable on a 4:12. The claim that the pitch of the roof the assassin was on was too steep is insanely ludicrous. It was NOT a wet roof. I feel safe in saying that because if it was wet, THAT would have been the excuse. Heads must roll as far up the ladder as needs be.
