🌟 Meet Our July Member of the Month: Jacenda Hall!🌟

Jacenda has been with us for just a few months, but her journey has already been incredible. She initially joined our studio looking for fun ways to work out, and she quickly discovered much more—a community that uplifts and empowers her.

Since joining, Jacenda has noticed a significant boost in her confidence and mental health. She shared, "I really love attending this studio. It has truly made me more confident and motivated me to keep my mental health in check. These classes give me something to look forward to besides the same old routines and have healed many of my insecurities by providing a safe space."

One of Jacenda's proudest moments was stepping out of her comfort zone to sign up for her first class, a decision she describes as "so out of my comfort zone, but I just said, 'Screw it!'"

She also highlighted the positive energy of our community: "The studio's community is so positive, making me feel comfortable. It's the one place in town where I feel confident I won't be judged. Even on tough days, I know I can come here, and my spirits will be lifted."
