Introducing my latest collection of handmade quilted puffer jackets. These are made from unfinished quilts my grandma has given me over the last few years. (Don’t worry I have tons of quilts and other unfinished quilt tops I am keeping for life and won’t ever sell or modify) but she had given me so many I didn’t know what to do with it all! So here it is a collaboration of me and my grandma!

If we haven’t met before, Hi!! I’m Marsha the owner, CEO, creator, the everything of Stupid Stitch! I grew up in Moses Lake, WA and attended Washington State University to study fashion design. I lived in Los Angeles for 5 years working in the fashion industry. After the pandemic hit I made the tough decision to move back to Washington State to be close to family and settled in Wenatchee. I started Stupid Stitch by embroidering old clothes in my closet and posting them on Etsy in 2019. I started my shop because I was tired of seeing how much waste the fashion industry was causing. Once I moved to Wenatchee I had room to experiment with tie dyes and really focus on my love of sewing! Stupid Stitch has now evolved into having handmade clothing, tie dyes, hand embroidery, and stickers! I am so excited to see where else my business takes me:)
