Along with in person support, I also offer virtual postpartum doula sessions. I’ve been lucky enough to have helped so many new parents all over the country set up a plan to get through their first weeks with their baby. I am able to answer all the various questions new parents have and give them the tools to help them get through the postpartum time.

Now accepting birth clients! Years ago I trained as a birth doula but never did a birth due to concentrating on my postpartum work. But I decided to get retrained!

Moms who exclusively pump are still breastfeeding! Some moms just prefer pumping over nursing.

Postpartum Doula support looks different for everyone. This mom struggled with breastfeeding and having her newborn gain weight this week. I worked on a plan to get her milk supply up and to calm her nerves. I sat with her during her pump sessions, practiced getting baby to latch, taught her proper milk storage guidelines, got her to sleep and shower and gave dad a few pep talks on how he can support mom. Getting texts like this not only confirms to me that I’m in the right career but it gives me all the feels 🥰
