Starting November 28 ,2022 we will move to our new cancellation guidelines. We've been monitoring cancellations and no shows for the last year and its become apparent it is starting to affect our business. When a spot is booked and unused it takes away from another client that also needs to get in for a service. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call/or notify us 4 hours prior of the appointment to avoid a $15.00 late cancel fee. No shows will be a $20.00 fee.
