So first, be certain and double check to ensure that the problem truly is fixed and then make the needed repairs to the walls or the floors to remove those stains.

Water stained ceilings can cost about $700 on average to fix where drywall costs about $1/per square foot to repair. It’s worth the investment, you have the opportunity to recoup it on resale! 💰🏠

Can you sustain a monthly mortgage? This is one of the most important questions to address when assessing your readiness to purchase your first home.

As a baseline, you'll want to ensure you have been employed or a business owner within the same field for at least two consecutive years, are earning at least $60,000 annually, and have a debt-to-income ratio that does not exceed 43%.
