7 Lakes Stables

All the horses are keeping cool in the heatwave! We are using cold hosing and fans as needed. There will be no riding offered for both human and horse safety. Keep cool everyone!

A fun filled afternoon for a good cause.

7 Lakes Stables came out to join the fun at the Easter Egg hunt today. Way to go recreation committee for putting on such a great event!!
I’d like to give a shout out to our amazing staff and volunteers today-Vivian , Sarah, Rachel, Sydney, Jordyn and Brittnie. You brought a lot of smiles.😊

Due to the weather, our afterschool program will be canceled this afternoon. We will reconvene next Friday at 3 PM.

Our Stables Club, along with Charlie and Dixie were the Valentine Express today to residents of Seven Lakes Assisted Living! Thank you to the community for supplying Valentines and treats!!

Support the stables with a fun game and great prizes! We will have a stables party April 20th with Drill team meet and greet, Ice cream and the horses rolling the dice for us. You don’t need to be present to win but we would love to have you up at the stables and join in the fun.

BIG thank you to those that came out for homeschooling program this morning. Dixie and Star truly enjoyed the pampering and love🐴♥️

Please help us share the love with the residents at our local assisted living and memory care facility.

The Stables club will be visiting the residents along with some of our very sweet and loving ponies to give them some extra love and care!

New amenity program!

We would like to reintroduce our herd to the community.

🐴We are a herd of 10 that consists of 7 geldings and 3 beautiful mares.
🐴We are all colors and sizes from Pony to Draft.
🐴Each one of us has a special marking to make us stand out.
🐴 Be sure to come see us and we will show you what we are all about

The stables will be closed and scheduled rides will be cancelled today. Due to rain, cold temperatures, and Star requesting to stay dry.

We know you love the horses but please don’t feed them! We have a few horses on special diets and one who is insulin resistant and requires medication.
The horses would love to have you come to the stables and give them treats that are safe for them to eat! Give us a call and spend some time with your favorites!

We are happy to introduce 2 new geldings to the herd.

Lesson horse extraordinaire Tucker, whose top priority is taking care of his rider. He absolutely loves his job as much as a good meal.Everyone at the stables truly believes Fox sent us Tucker to keep the unicorn legend going ♥️

This handsome boy is Doc. He is a sweet, sensitive, and a total ladies man. His past was full of trail riding in NC. He is learning the ropes of being a lesson horse and doing fabulous. You can always spot him guarding the perimeter of the pasture for his herd and sharing hay with his favorite gal, Dixie.
