Your only job is to show up (in comfy clothes) and Hang. Out. for 2 hours while I guide you through the rest!

In my experience, in order to find and work towards being who you really are (true/higher self) and who you want to be, you have to become more aware.

Aware of the things that aren’t really you (your conditioning, programming, defense mechanisms, attachments, traumas, emotional & nervous system dysregulation, patterns, suppressed emotions, codependency, etc etc)

But also aware of your capabilities, power, authenticity, needs, likes, dislikes, dreams, wants, desires, values, truths & beliefs

Awareness happens when you slow down,
become a non-judgmental observer of yourself & life,
are willing to not know everything or have to be right,
be open-minded to new ways of seeing things,
embrace the unknown,
become more comfortable with the discomfort,
try new things,
do more things alone

Tips:
• you likely won’t get to where you want to go unless you’re willing to admit to where you currently are
• accept all the things about your current self as “what [currently] is” rather than as “bad”
• stop joking & complaining about the things you don’t like about yourself
• know that you are fully capable of changing anything about yourself that you want
• see everything you do as a choice you’re making

I had 3 in-person Align to Vibe sessions yesterday.

1 solo and the other 2 were best friends that did their sessions together.

All were so amazing. Each persons “story” (I use parenthesis because they didn’t verbally tell me their story, I intuitively get it during the sessions) was unique and different than the others. Each had their own experience, some had more emotions come than others. They also each got such different guidance and messages. But all were perfect for each individual.

As cheesy as it sounds, I feel honored and beyond happy & blessed that I get to deliver this experience to people who feel called to it.

The space created in these sessions allows you to feel seen for who you are / what you’re going through and safe enough to truly meet yourself (and different parts of you) on a deeper level.
