Hailey Crosswhite.....What a light! She could light up a room whenever she walked in. Her spirit lifted others, made people smile, and always brought a positive vibe. She loved her work as a lead recruiter at Converdia and was the second full-time Converdia employee. Hailey was the People's Choice Award Recipient in 2022 and the Get 'R Done Award in 2023. Her hardwork was instrumental in the growth and success of our company. She approached everything with a "work hard play hard" mentality and lived life to the fullest. In January of 2023, she was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. She was a courageous figher. In true Hailey fashion, she remained true to who she was and was always grateful for the love and support from everyone. Our Converdia family will miss her immensely, but we know she will always be with us. Hailey Nicole Services to celebrate Hailey's life will be held at St. Michael Rec Center in St. Michael, ND on Saturday, March 30 at 10:00 AM. Visitation will be on Friday, March 29 from 1 PM to 3:30 PM at Evans Funeral Home in New Rockford, ND followed by a Visitation at 5:00 PM and a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM at St. Michael Rec Center in St. Michael, ND.
