Language Department does not just offer translations. We offer a service that guides your teams in managing complex language issues. The future should be about something other than replacing human resources with AI. There is responsibility in handling AI, knowing when to use it, and confirming its effectiveness. We give technology the human touch.

As we absorb the harrowing details about the wildfires in Maui, our thoughts and prayers are with the families, residents, and the beautiful ecosystem that has been severely affected. The disaster claimed many lives and left deep scars, both visible and invisible, on the Maui community.

While the cause of the fire remains under debate, what's clear is the need for unity, support, and reconstruction. Wildfires are becoming more prevalent due to changing climate conditions, and the challenges faced by regions like Maui remind us of the broader impacts of our global actions.

We've been privileged to work closely with the Pacific Whale Foundation, who have developed two separate funds to help support Maui's people & environment after the fires. Their commitment to safeguarding marine life is extraordinary, and now they face unprecedented challenges. The loss of life, property, and the potential threat to the island's marine wildlife is heartbreaking. You can learn about ways to help Maui's people at pwfrelief.org.

In these trying times, we urge our community to stand united with Maui. Support organizations like the Pacific Whale Foundation and other local entities working tirelessly to help. Whether through donations, sharing their cause, or volunteer efforts – every bit counts.

Together, let's help Maui rebuild and ensure that the island remains a beacon of hope, resilience, and beauty for the world.

Found this in today’s Morning Brew edition and thought we could share it:

The seventh edition of the official Scrabble dictionary has been released with about 500 new words. Some of our favorites from the new batch:

“Guac” (shorthand for guacamole) now counts.

“Fauxhawk,” which could reliably get you lots of points, is also kosher.

“Zonkey” and “zedonk” are both new entries for the starting letter Z. What’s the difference?

A zonkey is the offspring of a male zebra and a female donkey, while a zedonk is the offspring of a male donkey and a female zebra.
