Don’t you just love it when a plan comes together! Dy’Andra Haynes, RN, DON and her leadership team provided our staff with the opportunity to fine tune care giving skills through return demonstrations, in -services, and mini- lessons at our annual Skills Fair. We had a great time celebrating Valentine’s Day at Guest House. Congratulation to our Valentine King Mr. Cooper. Mr. Cooper is a WWII veteran and he is 102 years old! Our valentine Queen is Mrs. Usrey. Mrs. Usrey loved growing up in the 50s & 60s. She has the sweetest nickname given by her daughter.
Thank you to Ms. Jan Clay for playing the piano for us.

Meet Mrs. Ruby Watts, CDM. Mrs. Ruby has been a Certified Dietary Manager for 43 years. She has been a valued member of the Guest House team for 12 of those years. Mrs. Ruby is the proud mother of four ambitious young men with four devoted daughters, and 14 grandchildren. Mrs. Ruby says this about working at the Guest House, “I love the field of work that I have been traveling for these many years. It gives me joy and fulfillment to share the skills and talents that I have been blessed with and am able to share with others. Most of all, I give thanks to God Almighty for giving me the opportunity to travel this journey. It is my pleasure. ”
