Another Din soon to be on its way. This one is heading out to Lee over in London, UK. All models by Josh . Alumaluster, 2k, assorted Montana colors and various weathering mediums. On to the next one!
We are retiring from making Bo Katan armor indefinitely. We appreciate the opportunities that we’ve had to make them. We will still be continuing to make other kits, but for now Bo is retired. If it changes in the future we will be sure to let you all know. As always thank you for your love and support! It is very much appreciated! This is the way.
Bo Katan 1 of 2 is ready for its new home in Chicago. Pantone blues referenced in the CRL. for armor and helmet. for helmet. Special thanks to Josh Gaetz for incredible files. He makes us look good 😉
-Full resin print in house on the Phenom L and Jupiter 6k using a mix of Siraya Tech Build and Tenacious resins for extra durability.
-Machined aluminum jetpack mount harness hooks, range finder stalk. Blue LED whistling birds installed in left bracer.
-helmet ears, back helmet vent, chest diamond and beskar pauldron painted with screen used Alumaluster.
-Damage and weathering done with various mediums using Season 3 for reference.
Weapons are part of my religion.”
Celebration display pictures used for reference as much as possible.
Din is always prepared as every bounty hunter should be.
1.) IB-94 blaster. Din’s trusty blaster pistol. He never leaves home without it. Painted in Alumaluster, Alclad hot metal purple and an assortment of weathering mediums following the Celebration display as close as possible.
2.) Hold-out blaster. A smaller pew pew in case your regular one isn’t available. Painted with flat black, satin clear coat, and a few Molotow colors. Lightly weathered with oils.
3.)Vibroblade. Always tucked away in his right shin. Great for cutting your way out of trouble or hand to hand combat. Alumaluster, Molotow and Montana colors and assorted weathering mediums.
4.) Grav charges. Use them like a gr***de or set a timer for a precise explosion. Alumaluster and some light oil weathering.
5.)Belt knife. Hopefully you don’t lose your vibroblade but if you do this little guy comes in handy to cut your way out of a sticky situation. Alumaluster, duplicolor and Molotow shock orange. Oils for weathering.
6.)Grappling hook. Snare a bounty or traverse a dangerous expanse with this bad boy. 800 pound steel cable ensures you get the job done. Alumaluster, Montana Mount Fuji and oils for weathering.
7.)Bacta spray. Slice your leg open with your Darksaber? No worries. Use your Bacta spray. Rather than use the 3D printed tubes I studied the references and got this as close as possible to screen used. Vintage cloth covered appliance wires from Snakehead Vintage, 5mm wire crimps and 5mm hex nuts. Top nozzles are 3D printed. Alumaluster and Molotow paints. Montana transparent black and oils for weathering.
8.)Whistling birds need no introduction. But use them sparingly. They are rare. Alumaluster of course.

Part 3 - The Acolyte
Part 2 - The Armor
Most of this is Mynock’s Den discontinued V1 armor that’s been sitting in storage for about 6 years. We decided to make some improvements and 3D printed new hand guards (2 sets at different percentages), bracers and 3 out of 5 of the foot pieces. The belt buckle is scratch built out of resin modeled after the Mynock abs buckle. Belt is leather painted silver. Leather was also used to fill the spacing in the thighs as well as the shin straps. Belt pouches are from Darmon
Painted in Alumaluster and 2K glamour gloss by Jason Poulin.

Season One Tech_
Full prep, paint, weather and strap commission with ALOT of modifications both for fit and accuracy. This is a men’s kit made to fit a smaller female.
* Shoulders, biceps and left forearm were sliced down and glued back together for a better fit. Missing return edge added to shoulders. Angled bevel added to front of the forearm.
* Much trimming was done to the chest and back in order to make it smaller. Even with the kit having flex I could only go so small. They didn’t want to lineup and lock together any smaller.
* Backpack has the most modding. The entire top was cut off and rebuilt for accuracy. I could have done more but was on a time crunch. Antennas are custom made and screw on for an easier transport.
* Custom light kit. LEDs and wiring thanks to Mike Applegate. Runs on a 9 volt battery mounted inside pack. Panel is velcroed in place to allow access for battery replacement. Hidden on/off switch on the back of the pack.
* Pack connects seamlessly with 6 N5 magnets. 3 in the back and 3 in the pack. Magnets were also used to connect chest and back on the sides.
* Blue EL button installed in handguard. Powered by 1 AAA.
* Mini flashlight installed in goggles. Can be easily removed and charged by usb. A circular piece of plexiglass was custom cut, painted and glued in the front to appear red.
* Chest, back and forearms are lined with 10mm EVA foam for comfort and better fit.
Kit info_
* Fliberglass resin mix kit by Jim Tripon
* Excellent helmet files by Marko Makaj . Resin dome, HUD, goggles and aluminum antennas printed from craft cloud. All other pieces printed by Jason Poulin.
* HUD visor and goggle lenses by Imperial3dprints
One of 2 Bad Batch completed last week just in time for MegaCon in Orlando, FL this past weekend
Bad Batch Season One Hunter_
Full prep, paint, weather and strap commission.
* Custom light kit. LEDs and wiring thanks to Mike Applegate. Runs on a 9 volt battery mounted inside pack. Panel is velcroed in place to allow access for battery replacement. Hidden on/off switch on the bottom of the pack.
* Pack connects seamlessly with 8 N5 magnets. 4 in the back and 4 in the pack. Magnets were also used to connect shin and knee guards to the shins and to connect chest and back on the sides for a quick lock in dressing. Magnets. It’s a legit hobby. We love them. 😜
* Back armor and forearms are lined with 10mm EVA foam for comfort and better fit.
A few updates will be made for 501st and RL approval in the future once his boots arrive from Gio at CrowProps. The shoulder bells need to be raised and flare out. There’s also an accuracy issue with the pack. The side vents in the front are supposed to be flat not caved in. Easy fix. Modding is my specialty 😉
* Fliberglass resin mix kit by Jim Tripon
* Helmet was provided by client. PLA print. File by Galactic Armory. Stripped down and repainted to match armor.
Full Bo Katan set on its way to Cali today. We had a batch of rattle cans made using the Pantone blues referenced in the CRL. for armor and helmet. for helmet cheeks. Special thanks to Josh Gaetz for incredible files. He makes us look good 😉
