The shipyard described this exciting debut as a “big leap” toward the shipyard’s goal of “net zero superyachts” 🌊 Dunes will be built in a “low impact”, “high scrap content” steel and aluminum she also is estimated to eliminate “up to 95% of the potential negative environmental factors associated with operating a superyacht"

She features a stunning modern design with lots of glass and luxury amenities. 🥂 While projected specs have not been disclosed, Dunes will be powered by a high-efficiency electric propulsion system from ABB called the ABB Dynafin.

Feadship has 15 yachts currently under construction. Most recently, the shipyard's Project 822 was launched. 🥂

July in Numbers 📈 The total value of new listings added this past month rose to €522.8 million 💸 a 16% increase from the previous month

Some of the heavy hitters that hit the market last month was Heesens new 67-meter superyacht Sparta (pictured above) with an asking price of €99 million 🤑 the 80-meter Oceanco Aalto also hit the market at €86 million

Some other highlights include:

🛥 There was 46 sales including four new builds which had a total value of €427.1M

🛥 The average sales value was €11.9M

🛥 There was 61 price drops

The most expensive sale in July was for the Royal Niestern Sander flagship Ragnar (second picture) Which was sold for an asking price of €69.5 million

July had strong numbers for yacht brokerage sales 💪🏼
