In the season that is supposed to be full of joy and festivities many of us are struggling with the pain of lost ones and past trauma that happened during this time of year. None of us are exempt from this reality. This Christmas will be our family's first without my dad, and to make it even more painful, we recently lost an awesome young man... my cousin Andy. And that's in addition to two more family members that went home this month. 😢
