Ishmail Merritt is a wonderful client advisor. He is knowledgeable, professional, gracious, and a pleasure to work with. I went into the dealership with a few questions about a Bentley, and was overwhelmed by the elegance and beauty of the space, as well as the friendliness of the staff, most notably Mr. Merritt. I am not ready to purchase a Bentley right now, but will definitely go to see Ishmail when I am.

If we could rate Ishmail Merritt six stars we would! We were having our Rolls serviced and was just browsing around kicking some tires. We met Ishmail and he was totally professional and not pushy at all. He took us a ride in a Bentley Bentayga and the next thing I knew we owned it. I had been searching the internet for a very specific (color & options) MB E450 convertible. I found exactly what I was looking for at Rolls-Royce /Bentley Palm Beach and sent an e-mail request for more information. DID YOU KNOW Rolls-Royce Spectre can sidle up to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, and it feels every bit that quick. Should you require some background vocals for this performance, urgent-sounding noises that play in sync with the speed of the motors can be turned on and off.
