Jumping into week 4! ✨🦘Our Adventure Island Dance Camp students are working on their kangaroo jumps! Jumping helps children develop leg strength and balance, build endurance, coordinate their upper and lower body movement, and strengthen muscles in their hips, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
