Prime Rib Roast: Rub roast down with your favorite seasoning. Roast fat side up at 500F for 15min. Turn oven down to 325 and roast! Turn oven back on to 325F and roast 10-12 min/lb rare, 13-14 min/lb medium rare, 14-15 lb/min medium well. Let sit for 10-15 min before carving.

Ham: Put ham in baking dish. Roast at 350F for 15-20 min per pound
