In an interview immediately following, actor and I must say somewhat of a surprise philosopher William Shatner said, when asked what he thought as he experienced it from Indiana, he said it seemed as if it was an engagement ring for the world. A sign of hope for humanity. We at Iowa Diamond declare an unconditional agreement and hope for it to be true. Millions of people had expectations for the eclipse. What they witnessed exceeded imagination, bringing many to tears. I’m Chuck Kuba, president and patriarch of the third generation of five generations of jewelers in our family.
