Good morning to you!!

Have you ever had a situation where you have this great idea, you thought through the process, decided and verified within yourself that this is a great thing to do, and you finally take action... a few steps (or days) into it, only to have something happen (or someone saying something) that stops you dead in your tracks?? Well, that's what happened to me! UGH!! Several weeks ago I had a badly sprained groin muscle resulting in the entire group of muscles siezing up. It was bad enough to dislocate my pelvis! 😟 Now that it's been "located" back into position I feel so much better. Thanks be to God and Dr. Chris Wrabetz of Mountain Range Chiropractic! After several days I can now walk and sit again with only minimal pain. Sometimes we allow that something or someone to stop a really good thing from happening. Someone says something like "Are you crazy? What makes you think you can do that?' or they say, "I don't think that's a good idea." What do you do? Do you re-evaluate and come to your original conclusion and press on as before? Or.... Do you allow someone to determine your actions? Or...... Maybe even your future? Trust your vision! It's okay to have setbacks. We all have them. How we respond to them is what makes the difference. luvs n hugs 💖

Hi everyone!! SO happy you're here. Yay!! I just started this page this afternoon so It will take me a bit to get it up and running at full capacity. I'm so excited to finally share with you what I've been up to and learning about the last several months. Many of you know I have a science background and that I've been suffering from chronic back/leg pain for the past several years. 4Life, the Immune System Company, is Exactly what I was looking for for so many years. I'm ready to share with you my journey from a fairly healthy person to one that was basically hobbling around due to chronic pain.
