Cakebread has been producing exceptional quality wines for the past 50 years, and is a household name for most consumers. One of our features tonight is Pan Roasted Kurobuta Pork Tenderloin served with butter whipped potatoes and sautéed rapini.

“Kurobuta” is the Japanese name for this heritage breed meaning “black pig.” This refers to the Japanese program for pure bred Berkshire pigs, with a feeding regime for maximum marbling and juiciness.
