Totoro is one of our favorite Studio Ghibli characters. He is such a loveable character. If you haven't seen the anime, here's a little backstory... ☆ Mei first encounters the small Totoro (The white one, Also known as Chibi Totoro), followed by his medium companion (The blue one, Also known as Chu Totoro), while running around the house's yard and spotting their acorns. She follows them into the forest, where she discovers Totoro taking a nap. Although he is clearly surprised by her presence, he ultimately lets her fall asleep on his chest. This is how the story begins with Tororo. He is generally a kind spirit and is known to be the king of the forest.
