I got a new toy and well it was my first time and I would say I out did myself.

It’s finally here!!! Guess what I’m going to be officially releasing a fish fry!! The cost will be $10 for 16 oz. You will be able to fry 5 to 6 pounds of fish. Guess what is next? My chicken fry!!! I’m so glad CJ’s place is coming to a kitchen near you!!

Tonight’s dinner! This is really a Sunday night meal but who really wants to cook after church on Sundays? Well everyone is full. Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn, fried cabbage, green beans, Mac and cheese and of course cake corn bread.

What’s for dinner you ask? We went real southern tonight. Pig feet, ham hock, greens and cabbage mixed, Mac and cheese, wings for the picky ones. My beans weren’t done and I’m so sad but I’m hungry lol. I know you are asking where is the cornbread? Well I got a new pan that is horrible and it made my cornbread not cook right. Even chefs make mistakes!!

Whats for dinner you ask? Smothered neckbones on a bed of rice, black eyed peas, greens and cabbage mixed, Mac and cheese and honey cornbread.

If you aren’t marinating your meat just let it go. Fun fact I’ve never catered bbq but it’s one of my absolute favorite things to make. To the refrigerator it goes for 3 days.

Get your orders in for thanksgiving. Banana crack pudding pie is $20 and a pan is $35. Half pan of dressing $45 a full pan is $80. Pecan pies are $25 butterscotch pecan pies are $30. Half pan of Mac and cheese is $30 and $50 for a full pan.
