Wait… there’s weight lifting too?! Absolutely, and it will soon be one of your favorite activities 💪 Our Bungee Bootcamp combines the perfect mix of cardio and weight lifting. You’ll build on skills from Level 1 and Level 2 with a continuous cardio push (no stopping, all endurance!). The class includes in-harness cardio and out-of-harness strength training. After the cardio burst, you’ll use weights, b***y bands, and core routines to sculpt muscle. Bring water and get ready to sweat!
