This is it…the final list for the house. Man this one has been a dozy. Mostly because our contractor couldn’t help so we learned A LOT ( or at least I did) with this whole house reno project. We will have fully finish this up today and then get to the fun part of decoration tomorrow . They will be here either tomorrow night or Tuesday. I’m so excited for Meg and her little family to be moving home and that they will have a nice (practically new) home with plenty of space to move into. Grammy hugs in just one or so more days. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

🍎🍞Pantries are my favorite! We used all of what the client had and just a couple of additions to keep the cost down. The turntables in the corners are a perfect way to use hard to reach spaces. Now they can see everything and not waist money purchasing additional food/pantry items they thought they were out of but were really just hanging in the back. 🥐

Of course I forgot the before pictures. I just get so excited to jump in and make it all pretty. 💜

It’s been a while since I’ve done any custom work. Had fun designing and making custom shirts for the neighborhood event. So fun to see everyone in the same shirts. 💥

Latest Puppy Portrait. Our local non profit, service dog training center for vets, held an auction as a fundraiser. I donated a gift certificate for a puppy portrait and this client bid and won for her two pups. Very happy to give back for such a wonderful cause.

Really proud of how these turned out. Weatherproof business card sticker for the mini succulent pot. Handmade bag to fit the succulent perfectly and still give it air to breath. Company logo on the front of the bag and another business card sticker on the side. Working on an instructional care card to attach also.

💫 When I went on the initial consult, I wanted to organize and style this pantry so badly. I’m so glad this was one of the areas my client wanted done. I had so much fun taking the image and functionality I had in my head and turning it into a reality. Most importantly, the client loves it and wants to bring a chair in and hang out and just enjoy the space. Not only is there room for what she wanted to keep but there is still plenty of room to “grow” into organized space without adding clutter. ✨

Just finished this puppy portrait. Had to
combine a few pictures to achieve desired digital painting. The lab has crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈 and the other big baby will be there soon. The client wanted a picture with all three together to keep in her heart. Such an honor to get to know these babies. 🐶

When shopping for clients, I always start with the mantra “not shopping for me” and have to continue several times throughout the trips. However…when you come across that one piece that just makes you smile…you just have to pick it up regardless. I am in love with this soft pink puff with the material flowers all around it. AND, it was on clearance so, it would have been a crime not to bring it home to it’s perfect spot.

🌺 WEEKEND STYLING TIP 🌺
When styling a room, it is important not to force furniture or design elements but to select pieces that flow with the room and have a feel that they belong. Pieces should have an intentional feel to their placement.

Try not to clutter areas or place items just to take up open spaces. Let your walls and tables breath. One or two large pieces are more calming and pleasing to the eye than 5 or 10 smaller pieces in an area. Choose items that are different heights so the eye can dance but it’s not overwhelming for the brain to decipher.

Quick rainy day project. 🌧 Everything has a place and is now in its place. Life is just better with labels! 🏷 the idea of labels is to tell everyone in the house where to put items to keep everything accessible and tidy.

Organizing doesn’t have to cost money 💵 containing these beasts took a trip to the local store in the school supply area. These cardboard display items are trash 🗑 for the stores. Find an empty one, make sure to clear it with an associate and then BOOM, organizer that costs zero!!

New toy. I can’t wait to be super creative with this baby!!
