We just wanted to say Happy Veterans Day, and give a big thank you to all those who have served our country!

Also, a big thanks to the the active duty military members for signing our poster to deliver to Gran Villas Nursing Home for their veteran residents!

A big supporter of our project has been Tina Myers DePaulis. She was one of the first people to purchase something from our Amazon list. She bought a couple of hats we needed, and she made over 50 face masks! She’s amazing!! Thank you Tina!

I have been hearing no a lot trying to get donations for the healthcare workers at the nursing home. I got a HUGE yes from On the Boarder. They gave me 15 $10 gift cards! They are so generous!!❤️🥑🌮

We have been hitting the streets for restaurant gift cards for the staff at the nursing home! Thank you Texas Roadhouse and Chili’s!

A local business, Grain Craft, asked their employees to bring in donations for our project. I was able to pick up the donations today. What a great bunch of people to help us! Here’s some of what was donated.

We had our first group presentation tonight. We are happy to report we have raised $120 along with donations of gifts. We still need your help to hit our goal of $2,000. Any donation would be appreciated. Our nursing home is the Gran Villas in Goddard, Kansas. They have 47 residents we would like to help.
