Here are my tips for a happy, healthy v***a:
๐ Let your v***a "breathe"! Wear cotton underwear, and try going commando at night (loose cotton shorts are a comfy alternative).
๐ Avoid harsh soaps (even feminine washes!) inside your l***a. Warm water is typically enough to cleanse your v***a.
๐ Change out of sweaty underwear and tight clothes after you hit the gym.
๐ Choose unscented tampons or pads.
๐ Wearing a pantyliner because you're leaking urine? CALL ME. Let's stop the leaking so your v***a isn't next to a damp pantyliner!
If you're regularly experiencing v***ar irritation, see your medical provider. Your v***a is trying to tell you something, and your provider can help you restore your v***a to tip-top health!

Your pelvic floor is an intricate system of muscles, nerves, and ligaments that provide support to the entire body, keep us continent, and contribute to s*xual appreciation.
