Hot off the press!

We UV print all of our boards, then finish them with water based polyurethane. This ensures that the designs on our boards will never peel, chip, or fade!

We will be hosting a local tournament Saturday October 26th at the drag strip! Should be a great event. Cmon out for a great time!

This set was just returned to us so we could put the finishing coats of polyurethane on it. We offer to finish these sets after they are signed so that the signatures are nice and sealed and will last for years to come!

Here’s a tiny glimpse of our design process! A lot of the time, people provide us with a logo and give us creative freedom to make it look good on a set of boards. I think Ryan did that with this set!

This one was made for a daycare, and it turned out so cute!

WOOD YOU LOOK AT THAT!
Take an up-close look at the wood we use for our boards. We use 13 ply 3/4 inch Baltic berch.

•3/4 inch is superior to the 5/8 and 1/2 inch plywood many other board manufacturers use.
•It’s a near perfect plywoood with no voids. This helps with the wear and tear of your boards which receive repetitive pressure when thrown on.
•Each ply layer is held together with an exterior grade glue instead of an interior grade glue. This makes it a high quality wood that’s great for the outdoors!

These bags go to the custom boards we showed you earlier this week. Customizing boards and bags really helps make your setup look cohesive and personal!

Fun fact: we use baking racks to hold our tops while the polyurethane dries.

You see those boards secured to the back of our co****le boards? Those are mid-brace supports, and our boards have two of them! That’s the difference between a board that bounces your bags right off the back and one that doesn’t!
