Your spinal joints contain "grease" known as synovial fluid. This grease contains dissolved gases. When your spine is adjusted, the spinal joints are gapped or opened, creating a vacuum within the joint. This vacuum pulls the gases out of the grease, turning the grease to foam.
This release of gas is what creates the audible
"pop". If there is no "popping" sound, it does not mean the adjustment was not successful, it simply means that there was no sound from the escaping gas.

Proper backpack usage isn't just about style - it's about your child's well-being and spinal health. Here are a few crucial tips to ensure your little ones are carrying their load the right way:

Lighten the Load: Help your child pack only the essentials to prevent unnecessary strain on their back. Encourage them to clean out their backpacks regularly and leave behind items they don't need.

Proper Positioning: Adjust the straps so that the backpack rests snugly against the child's back, with the bottom of the pack about 2 inches above their waist. This helps distribute the weight evenly and prevents leaning forward.

Use Both Straps: It might seem cool to sling a backpack over one shoulder, but it can lead to an imbalance that strains the back and shoulders. Remind your child to always use both straps to evenly distribute the load.

Organize Heavier Items: Place heavier items closer to the center of the backpack, near the child's back. This prevents the weight from pulling them backward, maintaining better posture.
