It was a baking day today. Marcus Crawford ordered cookies for his students and his family. His will be shipped out tomorrow. I have lots extra just saying. Tony Mower is always happy when I have extra. But I think I have too many. I ran out of energy. Next week I will make Oatmeal Raisin.

As much as I enjoy baking for all of you, I truly am blessed to have granddaughters that enjoy baking too. We had a baking day at Nanny’s today. Cookies and pies. Snickerdoodle, Almond Joy, Peanut Butter Choc Chip. Chocolate pie and peach pie made with fresh peaches.

I enjoyed a month of vacation from baking. Had family in town for the month. A much needed rest and had so much fun with my granddaughter and two great grands.
My great grandson LOVED baking with me for fun and his little sister LOVED eating the cookies.
I made up the vaca time with July 4th cookies. I am Taking orders now. But I am limiting how many orders I take each week.
I have some cookies I need to get made and sent to California. I have a few orders already for back to school.

A little Cutie is on the Way

As most of you know I mostly do cookies, specializing in decorated sugar cookies, as well as other cookies. Occasionally I will do small cakes upon request. I made this Reese’s Peanut butter cake for my granddaughters birthday. She loves Reese’s pieces and Reese’s cups.
I made peanut butter Buttercream icing and it was so good.

Nanny’s Cookies will be on vacation the month of June. I will have very limited time for baking. I am taking orders now for July 4th and will have limited spots open. If you want to be added to the calendar let me know ASAP.

I love when cookie customers share photos of the cookies they order. Thank you Rachel for ordering and sending me a picture of your little one enjoying her cookies.

I had the privilege of baking cookies for Dan and Elizabeth’s 10th wedding anniversary. This meant a lot to me, as I was Dan’s babysitter from the time he was an infant until he was about 12. He spent a lot of time with our family, he was a part of our family, even went on few trips with us. He is now married and all grown up.
Happy Anniversary Dan & Elizabeth. I wish you many more. Hugs.
