3-2-1 Pork Ribs are still my favorite method…

3 hours in smoke* (225F)
2 hours wrapped and in oven ()
1 hour in smoke ()

But I’m an open minded guy…

If you have a better method, please share below, and I’ll give it a try!

*I like my pork extra smoky, so I load up
my maze smoker with oak and add it to Traeg-Dor for the first 3 hours.
