**Job Posting: Full-Time Account Manager

**About Us:
ADEAS Printing is a leading provider of design, print and direct mail services for over 25 years. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding customer service.

**Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Full-Time Account Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, performing administrative assistant duties, and supporting other departments as needed. Experience with graphics or printing is a plus but not required.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage customer orders from inception to completion, including order entry, tracking, and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Perform administrative assistant duties, such managing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with various departments, including production, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes, invoices, and other documentation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and processes to provide informed assistance to customers and colleagues.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Support other departments with tasks as needed to contribute to the overall success of the company.

**Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Experience with graphics or printing is a plus but not required.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

**Benefits:
