Have you ever learned a basic a.k.a. fundamental move and thought “this is great, but it’ll only work on white belts or untrained people”?
The vast majority of basic BJJ techniques can AND do work against skilled opponents when set up correctly…you just have to learn how to create the appropriate situation that will force your opponent to give you the appropriate reaction.
