Easter-observing Christians commonly refer to the week before Easter as Holy Week. Easter is linked to the Jewish Passover by its name, its origin, and much of its symbolism, as well as by its position in the calendar with a major difference in commemorating the resurrection of Jesus. Do you ever wonder know why there are many books and stories about Jesus' forgiveness and not even one about Jesus complaining or grumbling? �To grumble is to complain verbally, under one’s breath, mumbling and muttering in discontent. Some of Jesus’ own disciples grumbled because they found Jesus’ teachings offensive and hard to accept (John 6:60-61). Many of these grumblers stopped following Jesus (John 6:66). Jesus said not to grumble ”among yourselves” because negativity feeds on negativity. When we are born we are blessed with 2 ears and one mouth In the eighties, we super-sized everything we drank or ate without thinking twice. Today we supersize our thoughts through the use of Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other tools that feed our egocentric nature of us and we forget to use our ears, judging without asking, condemning without listening, forming an opinion without being properly informed.
